Pascal Mourgue is one of a number of internationally renowned designers working in partnership with Fermob. His products, ever more numerous and ever more international in their reach, reflect a constant desire for modernity and simplicity.

He began designing furniture in 1962, while continuing to be a prolific artist. Never openly seeking publicity. Pascal Mourgue has always prized artistic integrity above commercial achievement. 

Since the beginning of the 1980s, Mourgue has been among the most active French furniture designers, alongside Philippe Starck, creating seating furniture, shelves, lamps or accessories for the home with numerous companies around the world. These include Fermob and others such as Vinco, Strafor, Cartier, Baccarat, Daum, Artelano, ligne roset, Habitat and Knoll International. 

His collections for Fermob include the Dune, Alize, Latitude, Rendez-vous, Plein Air and Ellipse.
