Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel perfectly confident when buying from Jardin. You can order safely over the website, by phone, or in store

You have the option to return any unused item in its original packaging that you purchased within 7 days of receiving it. (Note exceptions for special orders, trade purchase, and sale or clearance below)

Returns process:

  1. Prior to returning your item, please Contact Us to arrange details.
  2. We will refund you the amount you paid less the outgoing and return delivery costs. (Note that the actual costs incurred in delivery may be more than you were charged). Prior to arranging the return of the items we will advise what the return & delivery costs and confirm the rfeund amount.
  3. Upon receiving the returned items, we will check they are in good condition and issue your refund.

Special order returns

Special orders are:

The 7 day return period does not apply to special orders. Special orders can not be returned for change of mind.

If you are unsure about the furniture, we encourage you to view in our showoom, request paint colour swatches, or discuss it with us.

Trade purchase returns

The 7 day return period does not apply to commercial or trade purchases for change of mind. If you are unsure about what you require, we encourage you to view it first, talk to us, or purchase a single unit and check it will do what you need.

Clearance product returns

The 7 day return period does not apply to sale or clearance items for change of mind. We encourage you to check any details with us before making a purchase.

Refunds

If we are unable to supply, or you have received the wrong or a damaged item, we will offer to refund the product, packaging and delivery fees.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
